Privacy policy

Effective August 2, 2026. LetBella accesses only the Google data you authorize so Bella can provide the features you request.

During private-pilot signup, LetBella uses the name and Google account you enter plus Telegram's immutable user ID and bot ownership confirmation to create one isolated profile. Your person-bound invitation expires, works once, and creates only a short-lived browser session. LetBella does not ask you to copy or submit a Telegram bot token.

• Calendar data is used for your schedule, briefings, and approved calendar actions.
• Google Tasks data is used for your private Brain Dump, Someday, ToDo, Waiting For, triage, reminders, and focus workflows.
• Google Drive access is used only for notes and Keepers that you ask Bella to manage.
• Gmail access is used to search and read messages you ask Bella to work with, and to create or send mail only through Bella's separate exact approval steps.

OAuth tokens, preferences, and assistant data are isolated to your private Bella profile. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with other Bella users. Being in the same family does not automatically give one Bella profile access to another person's conversations, memory, calendars, tasks, or Gmail.

Invitation-code attempts are rate-limited using a one-way server key rather than a readable IP-address log. Signup sessions expire automatically. Completed and failed enrollment records are retained only for private-pilot recovery and support, while bot and Google credentials remain owner-only and outside website logs. Ask the person who invited you to review or delete your LetBella profile and revoke connected Google access.

LetBella's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. To request access or deletion, contact the person who provided your Bella pilot account.
